Job summary

Reevr Talent Ltd is seeking an Electrical Project Engineer to lead the design, execution, and completion of tunnel electrical projects. You will combine engineering expertise with project management to ensure safe, efficient systems delivered on time and within budget.

Responsibilities include design development, QA, on-site inspections, testing, and coordinating with clients and multidisciplinary teams to manage scope, milestones and documentation.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Designs technical solutions and establishes milestones for tunnel electrical projects.
• Oversees QA, on-site inspections, testing, and issue resolution per safety regulations.
• Coordinates with clients, contractors, vendors and internal teams; manages resources and progress reports.
• Prepares detailed design changes, test records and milestone documentation to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Leads projects on road tunnels with power distribution and installations.

Job description

An Electrical Project Engineer to manage the design, execution, and completion of electrical (tunnel) projects, combining technical expertise with project management skills to ensure systems are safe, efficient, and delivered on time and within budget.

Role and Responsibilities

• Design: Developing technical designs, analysing electrical requirements, and working to realistic milestones
• Technical Oversight: Conducting quality assurance, performing on-site inspections, testing electrical systems, and troubleshooting issues to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations, specifically CD 352.
• Self-Management: Coordinating with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams, managing purchased resources, reporting progress
• Documentation and Reporting: Preparing detailed reports, maintaining records of design changes, test results, and project milestones, and ensuring regulatory compliance
• Specialized Applications: Leading projects in the Road Tunnels and including discipline in power distribution systems and installations

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering or a similar experience
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in CAD software, electrical design, system testing, and knowledge of industry standards and safety regulations
• Management Skills: Ability to manage scope, schedule, quality, risk, and change control
• Soft Skills: Strong communication, problem-solving, analytical thinking, and teamwork abilities to incorporate with multidisciplinary teams and liaise with stakeholders
