Job summary

Insight Executive Group Limited is recruiting for an Electrical Officer in Greater Manchester. The role covers electrical design, planning and delivery across diverse projects in a capital works team.

The assignment runs initially for 6 months with hybrid working (3 days on-site, 2 remote) in Manchester. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in electrical design, with familiarity in NBS software, CAD systems and building/regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering electrical design on building or infrastructure projects.
• Knowledge of building planning, health and safety, CDM regulations.
• Familiarity with NBS specification software and CAD tools.

Responsibilities

• Take responsibility for electrical design, planning, management and delivery of projects and programmes.
• Contribute to refurbishment, new build schemes and reporting of defects.
• Ensure compliance with legislation and contractual requirements across projects.
