Our client, a top-tier MEP Contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a life science project. As part of this well-established company, you will lead the project from the pre-construction phase through to completion. Responsibilities include:

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of electrical projects from pre-construction to close-out, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring timely and within budget delivery.
• Control project costs in coordination with QS and provide financial reports to management.
• Handle technical submittals, RFIs, and address design flaws.
• Delegate work to project team members such as engineers, site managers, and supervisors.
• Ensure health and safety standards are upheld, investigate injuries, and report incidents.
