Responsibilities

• Managing plant electrical small modifications and projects.
• Reading, interpreting, and commenting on P&ID of new plant/modifications.
• Designing/modifying electrical schematics according to provided P&ID.
• Generating bills of material and technical specifications for procurement.
• Specifying project scope to contractors for quotes.
• Updating electrical drawings to 'As Installed' standards.
• Handing over plant/modifications to production and maintaining documentation.
• Identifying solutions to improve plant safety, efficiency, and reliability.
• Supporting the full project lifecycle from design to delivery, training, and handover.

Elevation Recruitment Group is working with a manufacturer based in Selby to recruit an Electrical Project Engineer.

Reporting to the Automation and Controls Manager, the Electrical Project Engineer is involved in the entire electrical lifecycle of onsite project requirements, from inception, design, installation, testing, to completion.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing plant electrical small modifications and projects
• Reading, interpreting, and commenting on P&ID of new plant/modifications
• Designing/modifying electrical schematics according to provided P&ID
• Generating bills of material and technical specifications for procurement
• Specifying project scope to contractors for quotes
