Electrical Project Engineer

Our client, a top-tier MEP Contractor, is seeking an experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of a life science project. As part of this well-established company, you will lead the project from the pre-construction phase through to completion. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of the electrical aspects of this significant Life Science development.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the entire lifecycle of electrical projects from pre-construction to project close-out, ensuring all milestones are met.
• Develop and oversee project plans, schedules, and budgets, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within financial parameters.
• Control project costs with close coordination with QS and financial reporting to management.
• Prepare technical submittals, RFIs, notices, and rectify design flaws.
• Delegate work to project team members including Engineers, Site Managers, and Supervisors.
• Ensure health & safety standards are maintained and investigate any site injuries.
