We are seeking an experiencedElectrical Project Engineerto join our dynamic delivery team, supportingminor capital worksacross variousclean and wastewater treatment facilities. This is a key role in the successful execution of electrical projects within the water sector, ensuring technical quality, budget compliance, and safety standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the electrical elements of minor works projects within operational water and wastewater sites.
Provide technical input during design, installation, testing, and commissioning phases.
Liaise with internal teams, contractors, and clients to ensure works are delivered on time and within scope.
Conduct site surveys and ensure all electrical installations comply with industry standards and health and safety regulations.
Support project documentation, including risk assessments, method statements, and as-built drawings.
Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure adherence to quality and safety procedures.
Requirements:
Degree or HNC/HND in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Proven experience working in theUK water industry(clean or wastewater).
Experience delivering minor works or small capital projects (typically <£1m value).
Strong project coordination, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
ECS/CSCS card and full UK driving licence.
