Job summary

A prominent energy solutions provider in the UK is seeking an Electrical Lead/Project Engineer for contract work. This role requires significant design experience in electrical engineering and experience leading large-scale projects. Ideal candidates will have knowledge of AutoCAD and an understanding of industrial control systems. The position is contract-based, initially for 6 months with potential for extension.

Job Description:

A client of mine is looking for an Electrical Lead/Project Engineer on a contract basis.

They are looking for someone with:

• A background in electrical engineering with significant design experience, ideally with AutoCAD 2D or Zucan experience.
• Experience leading large-scale multidisciplinary projects, managing time, cost, and quality.
• An understanding of industrial or scientific control systems, and ideally experience working with ultra-high vacuum systems.

The core details are:

• Contract - Inside IR35
• Contract Length - Initial 6 months, with an expected couple of years of work.
