- Engage with NHS staff, ward leaders, and Trust representatives to plan works and mitigate disruption
- Communicate project timelines, access requirements, and operational implications to clinical teams
- Mediating between contractors and ward-level stakeholders in live patient environments
- Oversee verification and enabling works including socket labelling and asset identification
- Assist with technical documentation, RAMS, permits, and schedule tracking
- Ensure compliance with safety and healthcare-specific standards
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Background in M&E, technical FM, or maintenance, with a clear electrical bias
- Comfortable working in sensitive, live environments — ideally with prior healthcare or NHS experience
- Strong interpersonal and organisational skills
- Qualified electrically (e.g., 18th Edition, NVQ Level 3 or equivalent)
- Proactive, solutions-focused, and confident managing multiple stakeholders
What's in it for you?
- Competitive base salary up to £60,000
- Car allowance and annual bonus
- Excellent benefits and career development support
- Be part of a high-impact, nationally significant healthcare infrastructure project
This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a strong technical FM or M&E background and strong people skills, who thrives in dynamic environments and wants to contribute to a truly meaningful project.
