Electrical Programme Manager
Salary: £56,100 + benefits
Location: Chipping Sodbury (with travel across the South West)
Contract: Permanent
Hours: 40 per week
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead and manage the delivery of electrical compliance programmes and upgrade works
- Oversee a devolved annual budget of approximately £4 million
- Manage and develop a team of engineers, supported by four Electrical Customer Delivery Managers
- Act as Senior Qualifying Supervisor under NICEIC registration, ensuring compliance and quality across electrical operations
- Drive the implementation of EV charging infrastructure and modern electrical solutions
- Work collaboratively with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction

Experience
- Delivering electrical projects across dispersed sites
- Leading high-volume, customer-facing teams
- Managing budgets and performance targets
- Implementing EV charging solutions
- Collaborating with internal and external partners
Qualifications & Knowledge
- NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent), AM2, City & Guilds 2391 & BS7671
- Eligible to act as NICEIC Qualifying Supervisor
- Excellent knowledge of BS7671, BS5839-6, EV charging standards, and CDM regulations
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office and operational ICT systems
- Full UK driving licence
