Job summary

Concept Resources is seeking an Electrical Engineer in North London for a short-term, full-time assignment to support maintenance operations in a healthcare and academic environment. The role combines electrical and basic plumbing tasks, with expected duties including PPMs, reactive repairs, fault diagnosis and safety compliance.

The ideal candidate has NVQ Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualifications, experience in healthcare or facilities settings, and the ability to work independently.

Qualifications

• Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent).
• Experience in commercial, healthcare, or facilities environment.
• Ability to carry out both electrical and basic plumbing works.
• Reliable and able to work independently.
• Right to Work in the UK.
• 18th Edition Wiring Regulations.
• Experience working in healthcare or critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on electrical systems.
• Respond to reactive maintenance issues across site.
• Undertake basic plumbing maintenance alongside electrical tasks.
• Diagnose faults and carry out repairs efficiently.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
