Electrical Night Shift Engineer – Liverpool Street

Salary: £55,000

Shift: Nights Only

Location: Iconic Banking Building, Liverpool Street

Are you an experienced Night Shift Engineer looking for your next opportunity? This is your chance to join a leading facilities maintenance company, working in a prestigious corporate environment right by Liverpool Street Station. We’re seeking a highly skilled engineer to complete our expert maintenance team, ensuring top-tier service delivery.

What You’ll Be Doing:
  1. Conducting PPM & reactive maintenance tasks
  2. Handling electrical systems including lighting, wiring, testing, alarms, BMS, and heat exchangers
  3. Performing emergency lighting testing and fire alarm checks
  4. Maintaining AHUs, FCUs, UPS, and risers
  5. Working on hot & cold water systems, drainage, and general building maintenance
  6. Attending client meetings and maintaining logs & RAMS
  7. Diagnosing and resolving faults in LV systems, UPS, generators, and HVAC equipment
What We’re Looking For:
  • Electrically qualified (City & Guilds Level 2 & 3)
  • 17th/18th Edition certified
  • Solid experience in commercial building maintenance
  • Strong knowledge of FCUs, water treatment, and HVAC
  • Ability to work in a corporate, client-facing environment
  • Multi-skilled (mechanical & electrical knowledge)
  • Leadership & communication skills
