Job summary

ESP Utilities Group Ltd seeks an Electrical Networks Manager to lead with broad knowledge of LV, HV and EHV networks, fault response, and policy setting. You will steer compliance, risk management and strategic policy development across electricity networks.

You will manage budgets, drive cost-efficiency, and represent ESPUG in industry forums while ensuring safety, accreditation and ISO55001 alignment across activities.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of regulatory and HSE framework.
• Operational experience with UK electrical distribution networks.
• Familiarity with industry standards and legislation.

Responsibilities

• Lead on network emergencies and outages.
• Oversee asset management across all voltage levels.
• Ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Engage with regulatory forums and industry partners.
• Develop KPI reporting for performance and safety.
