Job summary

Omega Resource Group is seeking Electrical Multi‑Skilled Engineers for a permanent role in the Shrewsbury area (near Telford/Birmingham). The position operates on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern to assist relocation, with an electrical bias and a strong emphasis on site automation and CAPEX investment.

Qualifications

• Multi‑skilled engineering capability across electrical and mechanical systems.
• Experience in FMCG/manufacturing environments is advantageous.
• Strong maintenance and fault diagnosis abilities.

Responsibilities

• Service, adjust and repair machinery using the necessary tools safely.
• Examine machinery, report on condition and plan improvements.
• Carry out planned and preventive maintenance per schedules.
• Suggest mini projects to enhance plant performance or modify equipment.
