Castle Employment Group is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established industrial site in Moray. The role combines electrical and mechanical maintenance with day-to-day plant operation.

You will carry out fault finding and repairs, operate and monitor equipment, support planned maintenance, and work with the Operations team to meet production targets. The position is permanent with 12-hour rotating shifts and attractive benefits.

Competenze

• Electrically qualified engineer with strong electrical knowledge.
• Experience in maintenance and troubleshooting in manufacturing.
• Good understanding of electrical and mechanical equipment.
• Health and safety-focused and compliant.
• Capable of hands-on maintenance and plant operation in a team.

Mansioni

• Carry out electrical and mechanical maintenance, fault finding and repairs.
• Operate and monitor plant machinery to ensure production.
• Diagnose faults to minimise downtime.
• Support planned maintenance and site improvements.
• Work with Operations to achieve production targets.
• Assist with general plant duties including shovel loader.
• Maintain high health, safety and compliance standards.
