Key Responsibilities:
  • Service, diagnose, and repair pumps, drainage, and treatment systems

  • Work independently and manage your own workload and schedule

  • Complete job reporting using the BigChange platform

  • Participate in a monthly on-call rota (1 week per month, minimum 5 hours paid)

  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain site standards

Candidate Requirements:
  • Electrical and/or mechanical experience (full product training provided)

  • Must live within a 20-mile radius of Bury St Edmunds

  • Full UK driving licence

  • Able to work independently, solve problems, and document work clearly

  • Organised, tidy, and methodical in approach
