Role: Electrical Mechanical Engineer
Salary: £45-£50K per annum
Location: Airport Industrial Estate, Carlisle CA6 4NW
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent
Hours: Rotational shifts: 06:00 – 14:30 and 13:00 – 21:00, including some Saturdays

We’re looking for a professional and experienced Electrical Mechanical Engineer to work as part of our Bodyshop Team in our fabrication workshop and paint shop facility at Carlisle Airport.
Electrical Mechanical Engineer - The Role:
As an Electrical Mechanical Engineer, you will be responsible for assisting the Bodyshop in our car transporter refurbishment programme. This will involve removing old hydraulic systems, preparing vehicles for painting, and fitting new hydraulic pipes. You will also be responsible for re-sealing hydraulic rams, shotblasting wheels in preparation for painting, and maintaining our current fleet of car transporters. This is a hands-on role that requires a keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to ensuring our vehicles remain in top condition.
