Job description

Our client a leading Merseyside based maintenance company specialising in pretentive, planned and reactive maintenance.

Clients include local councils, commercial, education, healthcare and social housing throughout the North West.

The Electrical Manager will be responsible for overseeing Electrical projects within the maintemance contracts including

  • Electrical Installations, Repairs and Maintenance
  • Work space Renovation / Remodelling / Relocations
  • Preventative Maintenance & Servicing
  • Additional Socket outlets and Floor Boxes / Alterations
  • Lighting & Control Systems
  • Data & Telecommunication Cabling Systems
  • Fire Safety - Alarms & Emergency Lighting Systems
  • Low Voltage Systems

Duties include but not limited to

  • Lead and supervise a project team in the electrical and maintenance division
  • Coordinate electrical design with consultants and subcontractors
  • Manage project budgets, schedules, and quality standards
  • Ensure safe, timely execution aligned with project milestones
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and implement corrective actions
  • Liaise with clients on KPIs, valuations, final accounts, and contract administration
  • Prepare project programmes and delivery strategies
  • Authorise contracts, purchase orders, and change orders
  • Represent the company with clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders
  • Plan and allocate resources including labour, materials, and subcontractors
  • Develop detailed schedules with project planners
