Hours:Continental Day Shifts (07:00 – 19:00)

CBW Staffing Solutions is excited to partner with a leading FM service provider to recruit for apermanent positionbased at ahigh-profile commercial site in the heart of Green Park, West London.

Join a skilled2-man teammaintaining a large and complex building where no two days are the same. If you’ve got a solid background in commercial maintenance and thrive in a client-facing environment — we want to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Planned & reactive electrical maintenance
  
  
• Emergency lighting & control panel fault-finding
  
  
• Small installations & lighting replacements
  
  
• Monitoring BMS systems (hot/cold)
  
  
• Water flushing, temperature checks, fire damper inspections
  
  
• Pumps, motors, boosted water systems
  
  
• PPMs, sub-contractor management, permit to work
  
  
• Fabric & basic plumbing (e.g. unblocking toilets)
  
  
• Logbook maintenance & client interaction
  
  

What You’ll Need:

• Electrical qualifications –Level 3+18th Edition
  
  
• Strong background in commercial building maintenance
  
  
• Multi-skilled with a hands-on attitude
  
  
• Job Logic experience desirable
  
  
• Excellent communication & client-facing skills
  
  
• Must provide valid trade certificates
