A leading recruitment consultancy is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician to work from 8am to 4pm in Bridgend. This role involves electrical maintenance and fault finding on a range of equipment, including PLCs and AC/DC Motors. • Experienced in maintenance of industrial machinery.
• Familiar with Siemens PLC driven machinery.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance including breakdown and preventative maintenance.
• Conduct electrical fault finding on various equipment.
• Work with PLC's - Siemens S7.

• Electrical maintenance - breakdowns, preventative maintenance, planned maintenance
• Electrical fault finding on a range of equipment
• PLC's - Siemens S7

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

• Apprenticeship in Electrical Engineering (Minimum NVQ Level 3)
• Experienced in maintenance, planned and reactive, of industrial machinery in a manufacturing, industrial or automated environment.
• Experience and good understanding of AC/DC Motors and Drives
• Familiar with Siemens PLC driven machinery
