As an Electrical Maintenance Technician, your eye for detail ensures seamless operations. You’ll dive into troubleshooting, repair tasks, and equipment modifications. Are you prepared to embrace this rewarding challenge?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Problem-solving electrical and PLC malfunction on production equipment
  • Managing both emergency and routine maintenance
  • Contributing to project installations and plant upgrades
  • Implementing effective safety procedures and policies
  • Maintaining an organized inventory of replacement parts
  • Actively engage in plant safety programs and report progress
  • Providing insights during daily operational meetings
  • Apply effective communication skills across the board
  • Analyze technical schematics, operating meters, and machinery

What We’re Looking For:

  • Current Vermont Journeyman License required, Master’s
  • High School diploma; higher education is an advantage
  • Capability to work extended or unusual hours when needed
  • Skills in heavy industry electrical equipment essential
  • Over two years of related maintenance experience
