Job Summary: As the Electrical Maintenance Team Leader, you'll be based at our Luton manufacturing facility, reporting to the Works Engineering and Facilities Leader. Leading a small team within Maintenance and Facilities, you will plan the effective delivery of Maintenance & Total Preventative Maintenance (TPM), including breakdown support across the site.
With a strong background in Electrical Engineering and relevant experience with machinery and processes, you will ensure effective handover and hand back arrangements with production teams. You will be responsible for ensuring work delivery complies with all site requirements, and that plant and personnel operate within safety, legislative, regulatory, and company standards (e.g., safety, quality, risk, security).
As Electrical Maintenance Team Leader, you will lead a team of five Electrical Maintenance colleagues, fostering an inspiring environment with open communication, ensuring team and individual training within agreed standards and timeframes. You will be responsible for workload distribution, organizing response to unplanned events, and managing team workload.
The successful candidate will work a weekly alternating shift pattern:
During training and induction, operational hours will be 07:30-16:30 Monday to Thursday and 07:30-12:30 Friday.
