Job description

Are you an experienced Electrical maintenance professional with a knack for leadership and problem-solving We are seeking a skilled Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join an industry leading company.

Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: City of London
Salary: Up to GBP52.5k, based on experience
Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, manage, and oversee a team of skilled electrical engineers to ensure smooth daily operations.

• Perform regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs of electrical systems and equipment.

• Schedule and supervise preventative maintenance tasks to minimise downtime.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, regulations, and electrical codes.

• Conduct training sessions and toolbox talks to upskill team members and promote a safe working environment.

• Manage inventory of electrical materials and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels.

• Coordinate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations.

Ideal Candidate:

• Proven experience as an electrical maintenance technician, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role.

• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, equipment, and troubleshooting techniques.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and team management skills.

• Ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations in electrical maintenance.

• A relevant electrical qualification (e.g., City & Guilds, NVQ Level 3, or equivalent).

• Familiarity with maintenance management software is a plus.
