Invictus Group is recruiting an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor for its Waterloo, London site. The role oversees electrical maintenance activities, supports the engineering team, and ensures high standards of safety and efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities across the site.
• Lead and support a team of engineers and contractors.
• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Ensure electrical systems and equipment are maintained to a high standard.
• Respond to breakdowns and faults, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Ensure all maintenance activities are completed in line with relevant health & safety procedures.
• Support the planning and delivery of preventative maintenance programmes.
• Monitor contractors and ensure works are completed safely and to specification.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and site performance.
• Support compliance with relevant electrical standards and regulations.

Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Waterloo, London

Salary: Up to £60,000 per annum

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30am - 5:30pm

Overtime: Available

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Electrical Maintenance Supervisor to join our team in Waterloo, London.

The Role

As an Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing electrical maintenance activities, supporting the engineering team, and ensuring that all works are completed safely, efficiently, and to a high standard.

You will play a key role in maintaining the site's electrical systems, coordinating maintenance activities, and supporting the wider engineering operation.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate electrical maintenance activities across the site.
• Lead and support a team of engineers and contractors.
• Carry out planned and reactive electrical maintenance.
• Ensure electrical systems and equipment are maintained to a high standard.

About You

• Strong electrical maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory or team-leading experience within a maintenance environment.
• A recognised electrical qualification, such as City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 Electrical or equivalent.
• Good knowledge of electrical systems, fault finding, and preventative maintenance.
• A proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
• A strong commitment to health & safety and quality standards.
