Overview

Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor

Location: Coventry (Based at the BCS Stadium)

Salary: £48,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

What You'll Be Doing
  • Supervising and leading a team of 7 multiskilled engineers
  • Coordinating and overseeing electrical maintenance and reactive works across the site
  • Ensuring compliance with health & safety and industry standards
  • Planning and allocating tasks to ensure smooth operation on both match days and non-event days
  • Providing technical support and hands-on assistance where required
  • Working Monday to Friday, with 1 in 2 match days (time off in lieu provided)
What You'll Need
  • Proven experience in a similar supervisory or lead engineer role
  • Recognised electrical qualifications (NVQ Level 3, 18th Edition, etc.)
  • LVAP qualification or willingness to complete
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills
  • Experience working in a facilities or stadium environment (desirable but not essential)
