Commutable from Brierley Hill, Dudley, Oldbury, Tipton, Smethwick, Wombourne and surrounding areas
Salary: Up to £52,500 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
Job Type: Full Time, Permanent | Days Monday to Friday

Your Role: Electrical Maintenance Supervisor (Plant Projects)

• As the Electrical Maintenance Supervisor, you will:
• Lead and support a small electrical maintenance team
• Plan and manage both planned and reactive maintenance
• Deliver full lifecycle plant projects from concept and design to installation and commissioning
• Work collaboratively across departments to ensure uptime and continuous improvement

What Were Looking For:

• Apprentice trained and electrically qualified, ideally to HNC/HND level
• Proven experience in a supervisory or team lead role within a heavy engineering, manufacturing, or industrial environment
• Strong background in plant maintenance and electrical project work
• Excellent planning, leadership
• and communication skills
