Job summary

Future Engineering Recruitment Ltd is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Manager for a permanent London-based role with Monday–Friday working. You will move from hands-on duties into a leadership position, overseeing a small maintenance team and coordinating contractors to keep the estate running safely and efficiently.

The role focuses on managing planned and reactive maintenance, ensuring compliance, and delivering smooth daily operations with minimal direct electrical work.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead a small maintenance team and allocate workloads.

Are you an Electrical Maintenance Manager looking for a permanent Monday-to-Friday position where you can step away from being fully hands-on and move into a management-focused role? This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable organisation where you'll manage a small maintenance team, oversee specialist subcontractors and take responsibility for the day-to-day electrical maintenance and smooth operation of the estate.

This role would suit someone from a strong electrical maintenance background who has experience supervising engineers, managing contractors and overseeing planned and reactive maintenance. There will be minimal hands-on work, with the majority of your time focused on managing the team, organising subcontractors, ensuring compliance and making sure maintenance is completed safely and efficiently.

Your Role As An Electrical Maintenance Manager Will Include:
