The Electrical Maintenance Manager is responsible for overseeing and executing electrical maintenance operations across all of NEP UK’s fleet of OB vehicles and projects. This role involves hands-on repair work, leadership in planning and resource management, and continuous improvements to ensure safety, functionality, and operational reliability. The ideal candidate combines technical expertise with strong organisational and leadership skills.
This is an exciting opportunity to lead and shape the electrical maintenance function at the heart of a cutting edge OB fleet. As Electrical Maintenance Manager, you’ll have ownership of critical systems that power our broadcast capabilities - ensuring operational excellence for some of the most high-profile events in the world.
Much of your learning in this role will take place on the job, providing continuous opportunities to build confidence, knowledge, and capability through real-world experience. Working closely with colleagues across departments and liaising with suppliers and contractors, you'll quickly develop practical skills in Electrical Maintenance.
In addition to this hands-on learning, you’ll have access to in-house training opportunities offered from time to time. These may cover a variety of topics relevant to your role.
You will be expected to maintain and develop your technical and electrical knowledge and understanding. The Company will support any additional training requirements important to maintaining this knowledge and keeping in line with and ahead of advances in technology.
