Electrical Maintenance Foot Mobile Engineer

My client is a Facilities Management engineering company that provides mechanical and electrical solutions to their commercial client portfolio in central London.

THE COMPANY

12 years of trading, specializing in general M&E Maintenance.

Clients in central London only (zones 1 & 2), focusing on all commercial multi-tenanted office spaces (mainly around the city).

The company has 31 staff, including 10 office staff and 21 engineers.

They currently have 15 foot mobile engineers and are looking to add two more engineers.

You will be working on a foot mobile basis across a portfolio of high-end commercial properties, carrying out maintenance and breakdown repair on the following equipment:

1. AHU's
2. Pumps/Motors
3. Emergency Light Testing
4. HVAC
5. FCU's
6. Plant Rooms
7. 3 Phase
8. BMS
9. Water Temp Checks

PACKAGE

· £43/45k dependent on experience.

· All travel paid for, up to zones 1 to 6 (they will pay wherever you come from), even further afield.

· Working hours are 8 am to 5 pm, mostly finishing by 4 pm unofficially most days.

· Call out is 1 in 21 (£125 standby) - ideally, use your own vehicle or public transport.

· 25 days of holiday plus bank holidays on top.

· Death in service scheme.
