Electrical Maintenance Engineer - FM Service Provider - Fenchurch St - Up to £44,500

An exciting opportunity to join an established building services company based near Fenchurch Street has arisen! CBW Staffing Solutions is currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to be based in a large commercial estate located right by Fenchurch Street station. He or she will be required to carry out PPMs and reactive building maintenance alongside the maintenance team on site.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have a proven track record in Electrical & general building maintenance. In return, the company is offering a competitive salary of up to £44,500, overtime, further training, and a potential route into further career progression.

Hours of work

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 am to 4:00 pm - Week 1
- 10:00 am to 7:00 pm - Week 2

Key Duties & Responsibilities

- Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)
- Emergency lighting tests
- Control Panels
- Changing Ballast
- BMS System - Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)
- Maintain and update Log books
- Plumbing - Unblocking toilets
- Pumps, motors

Requirements

- Electrically qualified - City & Guilds Level 2&3 (Required)
- 18th Edition (Required)
- Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates
