Electrical Maintenance Engineer – Woolwich - 45k

Static Electrical Maintenance engineer – Woolwich (company van also provided) £43/45k.

My client are a mechanical and electrical engineering company who have been in operation for over 35 years providing M&E solutions to their end clients. They now seek a static electrically biased engineer to be based at a high-end site in Woolwich.

The development is a large mixed-used development where my clients look after the communal areas and plant rooms only.

The Role:
  • NVQ Level 3 electrical installation qualifications or equivalent.
  • Mechanical plant room experience required.
  • Inspection & testing experience would be preferable but not essential.
  • Is happy to carry out electrical repairs and installation works.
  • Has experience working in the maintenance industry, fault finding, diagnosis and repairs of electrical equipment and AOV’s.
  • They would be expected to carry out PPM testing on fire alarms, AOV’s, emergency lighting and work alongside our mechanical and AC engineers.
  • Is well presented, polite as will be regularly communicating with estate managers and residents.
  • Is familiar with using job sheet software on mobile device.
  • Would be expected to have their own hand tools and voltage meter, any specialised equipment will be provided.
  • Clean driving licence advantageous.
Benefits:
