Job summary

Ernest Gordon Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer in Wednesbury for a market-leading food manufacturer. Salary £45,000 - £50,000 with training, progression and benefits.

You will perform reactive and preventive maintenance on a range of plant and machinery, with the opportunity to train on mechanical skills to become a fully qualified multi-skilled engineer. Monday to Friday, 7am-4pm.

This is a stable, expanding team with ongoing investment in training and development.

Qualifications

• Experience in electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to undertake mechanical training to become multi-skilled.
• Experience with electrical wiring, switch gear and motors.

Responsibilities

• Reactive and preventive maintenance on manufacturing machinery and equipment.
• Opportunity to train on mechanical to become a multi-skilled engineer.
• Mon-Fri, 7am-4pm with accommodation for site operations.
