Job summary

Marshalls plc in Glasgow is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to maintain electrical services and equipment across the site. The role is based in Bishopbriggs, Glasgow, with a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 5:00am to 5:00pm.

Salary £52,210 per annum including shift allowance and benefits, reflecting the hands-on, proactive maintenance focus. You will work within the engineering team to minimise downtime, diagnose faults, perform routine maintenance, and contribute to continuous

Qualifications

18th Edition certification required.
Fault finding on electrical control systems.
PLC diagnosis and repair experience.
Experience with Allen-Bradley and Siemens PLCs.
Strong teamwork and self-motivation.
Good understanding of engineering principles.
Good computer literacy and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Provide breakdown diagnosis and repair of electrical systems.
Carry out planned preventative maintenance.
Respond to breakdowns and maintenance needs on site equipment.
Support continuous improvement projects and SAP feedback.
Ensure site equipment and electrical systems operate safely, efficiently, and reliably.
