Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Wisbech

Salary: £44,000 - £48,000 + (OTE £53,000) + 23 Days Holiday + Pension Scheme + Long-Term Stability + Night Shift + 4 on 4 off + New Site Development + Immediate Start

Are you a reliable, hands-on electrical maintenance engineer who thrives on solving problems and keeping production moving? This is an exciting opportunity to join a market-leading food manufacturer with a strong heritage, steady growth, and a brand-new site under development.

If you're looking for a secure, well-structured Electrical Maintenance Engineer role working a night shift where you'll be trusted to get on with the job and looked after in return, this is it. There are opportunities to progress up the ladder too!

Responsibilities include:

• Maintaining and repairing production machinery (peelers, labellers, etc.)
• Performing PPMs and responding to reactive maintenance issues
• Electrical fault finding (including 3-phase systems and PLCs)
• Working across control systems and supporting production uptime
• Night shift: 4 on 4 off, 6pm to 6am

Candidate requirements:

• Strong electrical maintenance background (food or manufacturing ideal)
• Experience with 3-phase systems, PLC fault finding, and fast-paced environments
• Time-served engineer with City & Guilds or equivalent qualifications
• Practical mindset, can-do attitude, and ability to work autonomously
