Overview

Electrical Maintenance Engineer role based in Bedford (commutable from Milton Keynes, Leighton Buzzard, St Neots, Hitchin, Sandy, Biggleswade and surrounding areas). Salary £40,000 - £42,000 plus Days / Monday - Friday, overtime (1.5x), progression, training and benefits.

The role offers the chance to join a multi‑billion pound manufacturer within a stable industry where you will receive training from experienced engineers. The company is well established in its sector and is recruiting multiple Maintenance Engineers.

You will carry out planned and reactive maintenance on the company\'s modern equipment while contributing to the development and implementation of continuous improvement strategies across the manufacturing site. This role is suitable for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer seeking progression in an industry‑leading manufacturer with overtime opportunities.

Responsibilities
  • Maintenance, repair and ongoing servicing of specialist manufacturing machinery
  • Conduct planned maintenance and respond to reactive maintenance needs
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across the site
  • Work a days-based schedule: Monday to Friday
