Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for an Energy-from-Waste site. The role is based on a days-based shift covering Ellesmere Port and surrounding areas, with a salary of £45,000 - £50,000 and overtime options.

You will work on high-tech electrical/instrumentation systems (DCS/PLC/SCADA/HMI) within a growing renewable energy sector, at a state-of-the-art facility. The ideal candidate has strong maintenance experience and a focus on safe plant operations.

Qualifications

• Experience performing servicing and maintenance of Electrical/Instrumentation systems.
• Knowledge of plant control instrumentation and control systems including PLCs, SCADA, HMIs.
• Experience working with LV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Undertake planned and reactive maintenance on Electrical and Instrumentation equipment across the facility.
• Ensure the safe running of critical systems through knowledge of process control instrumentation and plant control systems.
• Site-based working at the new cutting-edge production centre.
• Opportunity to boost earnings through overtime and a call-out rota.
