Job Description:

We are seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to join a well-established building services company in Mayfair, London. The role offers a salary of up to £47,000, plus overtime, with opportunities for career progression, pension scheme, and long-term job security.

Location: Prestigious commercial office building in Mayfair

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform scheduled PPM and reactive maintenance tasks
• Respond to emergency callouts and resolve issues efficiently
• Carry out electrical work including lighting, wiring, testing, alarm systems, BMS, and lighting systems
• Maintain and repair systems such as AHU, FCU, UPS, Generators, LV, and HVAC
• Perform basic maintenance tasks like toilets, drainage, tiling, and sinks
• Fault-finding on VAV/VRV systems, water treatment, and related equipment

Candidate Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in building services maintenance
• City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent electrical qualification
