About the role

We are supporting a well-established FMCG Food Manufacturing business based in West Yorkshire in their search for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer.

Reporting to the Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for attending to electrical breakdowns across the site, ensuring production equipment and machinery operate smoothly and efficiently.

Your Duties:

1. Maintain and repair electrical wiring and equipment
2. Troubleshoot faults
3. Perform electrical installations
4. Diagnose equipment failures using PLC systems
5. Perform preventative and reactive maintenance on electrical systems
6. Work with switchboards

You will be:

• Qualified to NVQ Level 3 or above in Electrical Engineering (HND, HNC, ONC, BTEC)
• Experienced in working within a fast-paced manufacturing setting
• A great communicator
• Proficient in working as part of a team
