Job summary

Nestlé's Cereal Partners UK site in Bromborough is seeking an electrically biased engineer to join the maintenance team. You will deliver safe, high-quality maintenance across plant assets, including preventative, predictive and breakdown work.

Reporting to the Maintenance Lead Technician, you will perform root cause analysis, drive improvements and ensure compliance with H&S and environmental standards. FMCG experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ideally time-served engineering apprenticeship or ONC/HNC in Electrical Engineering with demonstrable experience.
• Electrical biased role is essential; other disciplines are a bonus but bias toward mechanical.
• Knowledge of H&S, environmental and legislative requirements is required.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis of technical problems.
• Provide planned and reactive maintenance across plant assets.
• Maintain packaging and process equipment.
• Generate, complete and return work orders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
