Job summary

Energy Jobline CVL is seeking a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias) for a precision manufacturing site in Clevedon. You will maintain and improve a wide range of equipment, performing electrical and mechanical tasks in a fast-paced facility.

Responsibilities include fault-finding, preventative maintenance, and working with production teams and contractors. Salary £35,250–£44,650 with shift allowance, plus pension, healthcare, and generous holiday entitlement.

Qualifications

• Strong electrical fault-finding experience
• Ability to read electrical schematics and technical drawings
• Experience carrying out preventative and reactive maintenance
• Proactive approach and ability to work independently
• Knowledge of motors, drives and inverters

Responsibilities

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance per schedules
• Diagnose faults and respond to breakdowns
• Perform electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks
• Fault find on electrical systems including motors, drives and inverters
• Test and inspect electrical installations
• Source and organise spare parts as needed
• Collaborate with production teams and external contractors
• Support continuous improvement across the site
• Promote safe working practices at all times
