You'll work closely with operations teams to minimise downtime, carry out root cause analysis, and implement improvements to boost efficiency.

Location: North West Leicestershire | Shift Pattern: Panama shift pattern (12-hour shifts - days & nights) | Salary: Up to £52,000 per year, depending on experience

Key Responsibilities
