Job summary

Pioneer Selection Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a manufacturing site in Paisley/Glasgow. The role focuses on electrical maintenance, fault finding, breakdown response and planned preventative maintenance to maximise uptime.

You will support continuous improvement projects and machinery upgrades, working closely with production to enhance safety and performance in a well-invested facility.

Qualifications

• Maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Hands-on maintenance across planned, reactive and breakdown scenarios in a fast-paced factory.
• Electrical fault-finding experience.
• Ability to read electrical drawings.
• Engineering qualification in Electrical or Mechanical.

Responsibilities

Shift: Days and Nights (Mon-Fri)

Job Role of the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

Engineering Qualification Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Electrical fault-finding experience.
• Can read electrical drawings
• Engineering qualification (Electrical or Mechanical)
• Experience working within a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Desirable Requirements for the Electrical Maintenance Engineer

• Previous experience working as a Maintenance Engineer in the UK.
• Pneumatics systems
