Job summary

Interaction Technical in Kettering is seeking a time-served Multiskilled Engineer with an electrical bias to join the team. You will develop and manage planned preventive maintenance schedules using CMMS, carry out fault finding on PLC systems (Allen & Bradley/Siemens), and diagnose faults across electrical/control, hydraulics and pneumatics.

The role offers double days, overtime, call-out allowances, 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, and a pension.

Qualifications

• Experience in a manufacturing/production environment.
• Strong PLC fault-finding and minor alterations required.
• Knowledge of inverters, drives and fluid power systems essential.

Responsibilities

• Carry out fault finding and alterations on electrical/control systems.
• Develop and manage planned preventative maintenance schedules using CMMS.
• Diagnose faults in electrical and hydraulic/pneumatic equipment.
• Support site safety initiatives including risk assessments and SOPs.
• Manage small engineering projects and liaise with suppliers.
