Job summary

Consortium Professional Recruitment is partnering with an established East Yorkshire manufacturer to recruit a Days Electrical Maintenance Engineer for site-based, dayshift work at Holme upon Spalding Moor.

The role focuses on planned/reactive maintenance across production machinery and facilities, with fault-finding on electrical systems and support for mechanical and control systems. You’ll manage the CMMS and safety/compliance tasks, including LOto, inspections and site projects.

Qualifications

Recognised electrical qualification with 17th or 18th Edition, manufacturing experience.
Strong fault-finding skills and lead on electrical issues across a site.
Multi-skilled maintenance with ability to support mechanical, pneumatic and control systems.
Experience planning small electrical installation work and ensuring safe practices.
Knowledge of engineering compliance, contractor coordination and statutory inspections.

Responsibilities

Take ownership of planned and reactive maintenance across production machinery and facilities.
Diagnose and resolve electrical faults and support mechanical/pneumatic/control systems.
Develop and manage the preventative maintenance programme using CMMS.
Plan small-scale electrical installations and support equipment modifications.
Coordinate contractors and ensure LOLER, LEV and fixed-wire testing compliance.
