Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a factory-based role, offering £42,000 - £50,000 plus external technical training and clear progression to supervisor or multi-skilled engineer. Optional overtime paid at 1.5x, 20 days holiday and life insurance are included.

The role is commutable from Trowbridge, Devizes, Frome, Warminster and surrounding areas, with a day shift pattern.

Qualifications

• Previous Experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Breakdown Engineer, Reliability Engineer or similar.
• Willing to undertake training and progression opportunities.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of a variety of machines including PPM and RM maintenance.
• Shift based schedule: Week 1 6am–2:15pm, Week 2 2pm–10:15pm.
• Lots of technical training via in-house and external manufacturers.
• Work within a manufacturing facility with a team that offers 6 monthly training plans.
