Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a factory-based role, commutable from Frome and surrounding areas. The position offers extensive training and a clear path to progression, with optional overtime to enhance earnings.

You will perform general maintenance on a variety of machines, work a two-shift pattern, and join a small, dedicated team investing in your technical development.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Maintenance Engineer, Reliability Engineer or similar.
• Looking for training and career progression.

Responsibilities

• General maintenance of a variety of machines including PPM and RM maintenance.
• Shift based, Week 1: 6am–2:15pm; Week 2: 2pm–10:15pm.
• Extensive training via in-house and external manufacturers.
• Work within a manufacturing facility with a team that has 6 monthly training plans.
