Nicholas Associates is seeking a Maintenance Engineer (Electrical) to join the manufacturing engineering team on a days-only Panama shift rotation. The role offers a competitive pay package with overtime and potential for earnings to rise beyond base figures.

Based at sites managed by Nicholas Associates, the position focuses on electrical maintenance, servicing and repair of automated plant machinery, and supporting installations and breakdowns across projects.

Qualifications

• Time served, apprentice trained or above.
• Experience in a maintenance role within a manufacturing/production environment.
• Electrically biased / multi skilled.
• Hydraulic-focused machinery experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, service and repair all automated plant machinery to minimise production down time.
• Provide technical support on all projects, installations and breakdowns.
• PPMs.
