Job summary

Synergi Search & Select Ltd is recruiting an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a brand-new, high-volume facility in Desford. The role focuses on electrical maintenance, fault finding, and supporting automation across conveyors, ovens, kilns and other large-scale machinery.

You'll join a large team of around 20 engineers, with a 4 on 4 off days and nights shift pattern, and a total pension of up to 15%. The site offers training and long-term progression.

Qualifications

• Electrically qualified with appropriate certifications.
• Strong fault‑finding across automated equipment.
• Experience in FMCG/heavy industrial environments.
• Experience with industrial electrical panels.

Responsibilities

• Perform electrical maintenance on automated manufacturing equipment.
• Troubleshoot faults and repair conveyors, ovens, kilns, etc.
• Support continuous improvement, reliability and efficiency across the site.
• Collaborate within a large engineering team and participate in daily handovers.
