Job description

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer? Are you looking for a role near York with a leading manufacturing facility?

We are currently seeking an Electrical Maintenance Engineer for a Manufacturing facility based in between York and Driffield, to ensure that all manufacturing and plant machinery are maintained to a high standard.

Role Overview
  • Responsible for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance and repair of all items of manufacturing and plant machinery on site.
  • Strict adherence to all relevant company policies and relevant regulations with respect to safety and quality.
  • 40 hours, Mon-Fri 8 am - 4:30 pm. Call-out Period: Monday to Friday: 4:30 pm to 8:00 am, Saturday: 8:00 am to 6:00 pm, Sunday to Monday: 6:00 pm to 8:00 am.
Requirements
  • Good working knowledge of and experience with Electrical Maintenance of Factory Machinery.
  • Qualification in mechanical or electrical engineering (18th Edition).
  • Relevant C&G Qualification, NVQ Level 3 (or advanced apprenticeship), JIB card or (CSCS card equivalent).
