HG&Co is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Engineer (Electrical Bias) for a Witham, Essex site. The role offers a 4-day working week (39 hours) and day shifts Monday to Friday, with a competitive salary in the £50k–£55k range plus a 5% bonus and a development package.

You will lead electrical maintenance, fault finding, and improvements while supporting mechanical work and aiming for a Team Leader/Engineering Manager path within two years.

4-day working week (39 hours)

Day shifts only, Monday to Friday

• Electrically biased engineer with 18th Edition qualification
