Job Title: Electrical Maintenance Engineer
Location: Dudley
Shifts: 3-shift pattern - Early/Day/Afternoon (6am-2pm, 10am-6pm, 2pm-10pm) NO NIGHTS
Salary: Up to 48,000 (depending on experience)

Are you an experienced Electrical Maintenance Engineer looking for a new opportunity in a fast-paced manufacturing environment?

You'll need to be time-served with strong electrical skills and hold relevant electrical qualifications (18th Edition preferred). Whilst your focus will be electrical maintenance, some mechanical ability is required to support general maintenance tasks.

The Role:

  • Carrying out both electrical and mechanical repairs and maintenance
  • Working on planned maintenance, breakdowns, and some project work
  • Helping keep production running with minimal downtime
  • Finding and fixing faults on both electrical and mechanical systems
  • Working shifts and covering for holidays as needed

Ideal Candidate:

  • Apprentice trained
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Good experience with 3-phase motors, inverters, and basic PLC fault finding
  • Comfortable with mechanical tasks like working on pumps, belts, bearings, and chains
  • Previous experience in a manufacturing or FMCG environment is a bonus
  • Someone who works well in a team, communicates clearly, and can solve problems independently
